Everything else you need to know about Social Media Exchange 2020.

  • Tickets range will be announced soon, and will vary depending on the size of your organisation.

  • The building is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

  • We advise that you come by public transport if you can.

  • A training day for anyone working in the charity sector who is interested in the power of storytelling and the impact it can have to; raise awareness, call to action, recruit volunteers, engage supporters and generate funds.

    The day will be useful for:

    • Communications and digital staff
    • Campaign and marketing staff
    • Fundraisers
    • Frontline workers
    • Chief executives
    • Web managers
  • It’s up to you. This is your day and you can tailor it to your needs. Have a look at the programme and brochure and choose which sessions you would like to target. The final programme will be made available to you in advance of the day so you can start to choose your sessions. Many sessions are repeated to give you a chance to get around everyone.

  • Yes, and we wholeheartedly encourage blogging and tweeting in the run up to the day and on the day! The hashtag is #SMEX20

  • It doesn’t matter if you are a small new charity or social enterprise, or an established large charity. These are sessions for everyone. We hope you’ll also use the chance to mingle and network with other charity staff to get ideas and inspiration.

  • Please bring your laptops, smartphones or tablets fully charged. If you are attending a practical workshop please check online if you need to bring anything that is specifically required.
